Use
Mix half a scoop (7.5g) of Purasana chia protein powder in a shaker cup or blender together with 300-350ml of rice or soya drink, milk or fruit juice. Shake for 15 seconds. Can also be used to enrich breakfast cereals, muesli, bread, cakes, flour or breadcrumbs.
