Fluctuating hormones, night sweats, and stress from a changing life and body can increase sleep problems during menopause. Improve your sleep quality, even when you are not menopausal, with:
- Sleep rituals: your body likes predictability; following the same routine every night helps prepare your body for sleep .
- Blue light off: set TV, laptop, smartphone to night mode and prevent blue light from interfering with melatonin production
