Of all vegetable protein powders, soy boasts the highest protein content. Purasana vegan protein powder soy consists of 90% protein. It has a balanced amino acid profile and a very low fat content. In addition, it contains a high content of L-Glutamine which is important for muscle building.
Soy protein is equivalent to whey protein and therefore a complete source of protein for vegans, vegetarians or people who are lactose intolerant.
The Purasana soy protein powder is neutral in taste and therefore suitable for everyone. Make your own shake by mixing the powder with ingredients you like. For example, choose frozen fruit for more creaminess or extra fluff.
Vegan Protein Soy Use
Mix 1.5 full scoop (30-35g) of vegetable protein powder in shaker or blender together with 300-350ml (rice or soy drink) milk or fruit juice. Shake for 15 seconds and drink immediately. Can also be used to enrich smoothies, shakes, breakfast cereals, muesli, bread, cakes, flour or breadcrumbs.
