Valerian extract

Purasana uses quality ingredients in an optimal composition for its capsules. Furthermore, the capsules consist of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC), a material derived from the cell walls of plants.

Is valerian addictive?

For most people, valerian is not addictive in the short term, nor does the extract cause withdrawal symptoms. If you want to stop taking valerian, reduce the dose gradually rather than stopping all at once.

Which is better, valerian or St John's Wort?
