How do you use essential oils?
Depending on the type and desired effect, essential oils can be used in diffusers, on the skin and diluted in food. Add 5 to 10 drops to your diffuser for a wonderful fragrance. In the bath or on the skin, 3 to 5 drops are sufficient. In dishes, mix a maximum of 1 drop of essential oil.
