Winter Smoothie with Lion’s Mane

Ingredients
- Half a pear
- 3 tbsp oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Lion’s Mane Powder
- 250 ml plant milk of choice
- Grated ginger
- Agave syrup or honey
- Pinch of salt
- Top with: oats, cinnamon and a cinnamon stick
Preparation
- Blend half a ripe pear, oats, Lion’s Mane powder, cinnamon, and your favourite plant milk.
- Pour into a pot and gently warm with grated ginger, a drizzle of agave or honey, and a pinch of salt.
- Serve topped with oats, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a cinnamon stick for the perfect comforting start to your day!
