Lion's mane smoothie

Ingredients

  • Half a pear
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Lion’s Mane Powder
  • 250 ml plant milk of choice
  • Grated ginger
  • Agave syrup or honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • Top with: oats, cinnamon and a cinnamon stick

Preparation

  1. Blend half a ripe pear, oats, Lion’s Mane powder, cinnamon, and your favourite plant milk. 
  2. Pour into a pot and gently warm with grated ginger, a drizzle of agave or honey, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Serve topped with oats, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a cinnamon stick for the perfect comforting start to your day!
