Purasana Barley Grass Juice Powder (also called barley grass juice), derived from the young shoots of barley grass, is a pure, green powder packed with phytonutrients. Make a power smoothie
Ingredients: 1 lime / 1 apple / 2 carrots / 1 handful spinach / 1/2 avocado / apple juice and 2 teaspoons barley grass juice
Peel the lime, apple and carrot. Then cut everything into pieces. Peel the avocado, remove
the skin and cut into pieces. Put all ingredients in a blender, along with the grass-fed mix powder.
Then add apple juice and blend all the ingredients until you have a running and juicy smoothie
