Purasana red beetroot powder is made from ripe red beets that are peeled and pressed into juice. The red beet juice is dehydrated and ground into a bright red powder. This processing ensures the preservation of the nutrients from the fresh red beet.
Purasana's red beetroot powder has a betaine content between 0.47% and 0.50%. So you can count on an attractive red colour. Furthermore, red beetroot contains an average of 10 mg/g of nitrates.
