Bake your own chocolate cookies with a healthy twist: extra proteins and pure ingredients. These easy DIY cookies are perfect as a nutritious snack, without unnecessary sugars or artificial additives – ideal for those who want to enjoy mindfully.

DIY Choco Cookies with Extra Proteins | Recipe

Ingredients

  • 70 g Purasana Coconut Blossom Sugar
  • 50 g Purasana Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 El Purasana Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 260 g Creamy Peanut Butter
  • Mini Chocolate Chips (optional)

Preparation method

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix together until a cookie dough forms. It is important that the peanut butter is creamy; otherwise, the dough will be too dry. Add 1 tbsp of melted coconut oil if too dry.
  • Take two tablespoons of dough (weighing) and roll into a ball. Then flatten the ball between your palms and place it on the baking sheet.
  • Finish the cookies with the chocolate chips and bake for 10 minutes in the oven.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool until they are hard.
