Bake your own chocolate cookies with a healthy twist: extra proteins and pure ingredients. These easy DIY cookies are perfect as a nutritious snack, without unnecessary sugars or artificial additives – ideal for those who want to enjoy mindfully.
Ingredients
70 g Purasana Coconut Blossom Sugar
50 g Purasana Whey Protein Powder
2 El Purasana Cocoa Powder
2 Large Eggs
260 g Creamy Peanut Butter
Mini Chocolate Chips (optional)
Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix together until a cookie dough forms. It is important that the peanut butter is creamy; otherwise, the dough will be too dry. Add 1 tbsp of melted coconut oil if too dry.
Take two tablespoons of dough (weighing) and roll into a ball. Then flatten the ball between your palms and place it on the baking sheet.
Finish the cookies with the chocolate chips and bake for 10 minutes in the oven.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool until they are hard.
