Your feedback counts! With a review, you help:

  • Other customers with making an informed decision
  • Purasana with the development of top products and providing correct information

We check reviews before they come online using a checklist.

After purchasing a product, you will receive an invitation by e-mail to post a review. You can also fill in the form yourself via the product page.

We only publish reviews from customers who have actually bought the product, so you can be confident that the reviews are reliable.

After we have read your review and nodded yes or no in team agreement, we will post it online. This can take several days hours.

Do you want your review removed? Then contact our customer service.

We occasionally receive non-usable reviews. If your review contains any of the following, there is a chance that it will not be published on the website:

  • You have not bought the product yourself
  • You only talk about shipping and customer service
  • You promote your own products or services
  • You share private information such as phone numbers or email addresses
  • You use swear words

If you mention complaints, illnesses or medication in your review, we will usually publish your review. However, because we are a non-medical company and are not allowed to make claims, we replace that wording with dots (...).

Only if you fail to observe the above. Fortunately, this doesn't happen very often. Did we delete your review anyway? Feel free to contact our customer service for a word.
