Would you like to return a product? Please indicate that you wish to return your order within 30 days. After this, you have another 14 days to return the order free of charge.

Once we have received your order, we will send you an email confirmation.

No. For health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food and dietary supplements. Instead, we offer a replacement product or a credit in our webshop.

Returning products in the Netherlands and Belgium is slightly different:

For the Netherlands:
Place the product (unopened) back in the box, along with a note including your address or customer details. This helps us identify who returned the package. Remember to cross out your own address on the box and send the package to:

You can drop off the package free of charge at the post office.

For Belgium:
Place the product (unopened) back in the box, along with a note including your address or customer details. This helps us identify who returned the package. Remember to cross out your own address on the box. Request a return label from our Customer Service. Mention the reference, address details, and reason for return in your request. We will send this to you via email, and you can print it out and stick it on the box.

You can drop off the package free of charge at the post office.

Once we have received your order, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within five working days.
