Enjoy a soft, creamy curry with turmeric that not only tastes delicious but also contributes to your well-being. This simple recipe is packed with vegetables and warming spices for a healthy, plant-based comfort dish that is perfect for any day.
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tablespoon Purasana turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon garam masala spice mix
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 120 ml Coconut Milk
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Marinate the chicken cubes with turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is golden brown.
- Add the diced tomatoes and let the mixture simmer until the sauce thickens (about 10-15 minutes).
- Stir in the cream or coconut milk and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice or naan.
