Enjoy a soft, creamy curry with turmeric that not only tastes delicious but also contributes to your well-being. This simple recipe is packed with vegetables and warming spices for a healthy, plant-based comfort dish that is perfect for any day.
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, diced
1 tablespoon Purasana turmeric powder
1 tablespoon garam masala spice mix
1 can diced tomatoes
120 ml Coconut Milk
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Marinate the chicken cubes with turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is golden brown.
Add the diced tomatoes and let the mixture simmer until the sauce thickens (about 10-15 minutes).
Stir in the cream or coconut milk and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve with rice or naan.
