Delicious and Healthy Chocolate Banana Bread

Bake this soft, moist banana bread with a delicious chocolate twist. Completely free from artificial additives and with natural sweetness from banana. Ideal as a healthy snack with coffee or to take in the lunchbox – pure enjoyment at any moment.

Delicious and Healthy Chocolate Banana Bread

Would you like to make a banana bread? We have a delicious recipe for you. Ideal as breakfast but of course also for a tasty snack! With protein option.

Requirements
  • Cake Pan of 25 cm
  • Kitchen machine or mixer
Ingredients
  • 235 grams of flour
  • 70 grams Coconut Oil
  • 75 grams Coconut Sugar
  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 2 tablespoons Cocao Powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Option: 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 30 grams Shape&Control Vanilla OF Whey Protein Vanilla OF Vegan Soy Protein with Baobab Vanilla
Preparation
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Doe de Bananen in een keukenmixer en mix dit fijn.
  • Add the cocoa, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract, coconut sugar, salt, cinnamon, and the flour, and mix.
  • Heat the coconut oil until it is melted and fold it into the batter.
  • Grease the cake pan with baking spray and pour the mixture into the pan.
  • Bake the banana bread in a preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes.

Would you like to check if the cake is done? Insert a toothpick in the center of the cake. When it comes out dry, your cake is ready, and you just need to let it cool a bit. Enjoy!
