Make your own turmeric tortillas in four easy steps with a beautiful yellow color and soft spicy flavor. A healthy alternative to store-bought wraps, full of pure ingredients and perfect for filling with vegetables, hummus, or your favorite filling.

Diy Turmeric Tortilla | Only 4 Steps

Ingredients

  • 130 g Buckwheat flour
  • 10 g Psyllium Powder
  • 1 the Turmeric Powder
  • ½ kg garlic powder
  • 1 kg baking powder
  • Snuifje Zout
  • 1 The Olive Oil
  • 100 ml warm water

Preparation method

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add the olive oil and warm water, and knead until a firm ball of dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 4 balls. Roll each ball of dough into a tortilla.
  • Heat some sunflower oil in a pan and fry the tortilla for about 2 minutes. Flip it over and fry for another 2 minutes.
