Ginger Kombucha Mocktail with Mint & Lime | Purasana Recipes

This mocktail combines the spicy sparkle of ginger kombucha with fresh mint and lime juice for a refreshing drink that supports your gut flora. Ideal as an alcohol-free alternative for dinners or summer evenings. Enjoy mindfully and purely, with ingredients that are good for your body.

Quantity: 2 | Duration: 5 to 10 minutes

Mocktail ingredients

  • 2 Bottles Ginger Kombucha
  • 1 stalk Lemongrass
  • Crushed Ice
  • 2 leaves of kaffir lime
  • 3 Lemons
  • 2 sprigs of mint

Ginger Kombucha Mocktail Preparation

  • Massage the limes to release the juice. Squeeze the juice from 2.5 limes. Cut the remaining half into pieces.
  • Fill two beautiful glasses halfway with crushed ice.
  • Divide the lime juice between the two glasses.
  • Complete with the Kombucha Ginger.
  • Halve the lemongrass and use it as a stirring stick in the mocktails.
  • Finish off with a kaffir lime leaf and a sprig of mint.
