Quantity: 2 | Duration: 5 to 10 minutes

Mocktail ingredients

  • 2 Bottles Ginger Kombucha
  • 1 stalk Lemongrass
  • Crushed Ice
  • 2 leaves of kaffir lime
  • 3 Lemons
  • 2 sprigs of mint

Ginger Kombucha Mocktail Preparation

  1. Massage the limes to release the juice. Squeeze the juice from 2.5 limes. Cut the remaining half into pieces.
  2. Fill two beautiful glasses halfway with crushed ice.
  3. Divide the lime juice between the two glasses.
  4. Complete with the Kombucha Ginger.
  5. Halve the lemongrass and use it as a stirring stick in the mocktails.
  6. Finish off with a kaffir lime leaf and a sprig of mint.
