- 2 Bottles Ginger Kombucha
- 1 stalk Lemongrass
- Crushed Ice
- 2 leaves of kaffir lime
- 3 Lemons
- 2 sprigs of mint
- Massage the limes to release the juice. Squeeze the juice from 2.5 limes. Cut the remaining half into pieces.
- Fill two beautiful glasses halfway with crushed ice.
- Divide the lime juice between the two glasses.
- Complete with the Kombucha Ginger.
- Halve the lemongrass and use it as a stirring stick in the mocktails.
- Finish off with a kaffir lime leaf and a sprig of mint.
