Non-Alcoholic Aperitif Idea | Ginger Kombucha Mocktail with Thyme

Ingredients

  • 330 ml Purasana Ginger Kombucha
  • 330 ml apple juice
  • 1/2 l lime, the juice
  • 1 The Honeysuckle
  • Some sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 8 Ice Cubes of Apple Juice
  • Sliced Apple

Preparation method

  • Pour the apple juice into an ice cube tray and freeze.
  • Mix the apple juice with the kombucha ginger, lime juice, maple syrup, and sprigs of thyme in a pitcher and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Divide the apple juice ice cubes among the glasses, pour in the mocktail, and finish off with a few sprigs of fresh thyme and apple slices.
