Discover a nutritious and lighter alternative to classic vanilla pudding, enriched with superfoods and plant-based ingredients. Ingredients

  • 250 ml Plant-Based Milk
  • 2 kl Psyllium Powder
  • 1 kl Baobab Powder
  • A touch of vanilla extract

Preparation method

  • Add all ingredients to a measuring cup and mix with a whisk. Pour into a bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Finish just before serving with cacao nibs, coconut flakes, strawberries, mint leaves, or nuts.
