Start your day with a crunchy granola that is rich in protein and contains less sugar. The combination of dark chocolate and nutritious seeds provides a delicious flavor without unnecessary additives. Perfect for those who want to have a mindful breakfast and keep their energy levels up.
Sugar-Free Breakfast Tip | Granola with Chocolate & Proteins

Ingredients

Dry ingredients:

  • 80 g Purasana Chia Seeds
  • 50 g Purasana Pea Protein Powder
  • 60 g Purasana Hemp Seed
  • 40 g Purasana cacao powder
  • 200 g Oatmeal
  • 40 g sunflower seeds
  • 300 g nut mix
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Wet ingredients:

  • 130 g Almond Butter
  • 130 g honey
  • 50 g Purasana Fairtrade Coconut Oil
  • 1 l Vanilla Extract

Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Warm all wet ingredients in a saucepan and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well together with a spatula.
  5. Spread the granola over the baking sheet and distribute evenly.
  6. Bake the granola for 20 minutes in the middle of the oven. Turn off the oven, open the door, and let the granola cool in the oven.
  7. Store the granola in an airtight container.
