Start your day with a crunchy granola that is rich in protein and contains less sugar. The combination of dark chocolate and nutritious seeds provides a delicious flavor without unnecessary additives. Perfect for those who want to have a mindful breakfast and keep their energy levels up.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
- 80 g Purasana Chia Seeds
- 50 g Purasana Pea Protein Powder
- 60 g Purasana Hemp Seed
- 40 g Purasana cacao powder
- 200 g Oatmeal
- 40 g sunflower seeds
- 300 g nut mix
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Wet ingredients:
- 130 g Almond Butter
- 130 g honey
- 50 g Purasana Fairtrade Coconut Oil
- 1 l Vanilla Extract
Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Warm all wet ingredients in a saucepan and mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well together with a spatula.
- Spread the granola over the baking sheet and distribute evenly.
- Bake the granola for 20 minutes in the middle of the oven. Turn off the oven, open the door, and let the granola cool in the oven.
- Store the granola in an airtight container.
