Make your own crispy oven fries without unnecessary oil or additives. This easy recipe gives you the perfect bite and a pure potato flavor with a healthy twist. Ideal as a side dish or comfort food that the whole family will enjoy.
Ingredients
- 3 large unpeeled (sweet) potatoes
- 1 The Melted Purasana Coconut Oil
- 1 Raw Honey (or Maple Syrup)
- 1/4 tsp Purasana Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika powder
Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or aluminum foil) and set aside.
- Cut off both ends of the potatoes, then slice them lengthwise in half, and finally cut them into fries about half a centimeter thick.
- Mix the sliced potatoes in a large bowl with the other ingredients.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer over the baking sheet.
- Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes until they are nicely browned. Turn them halfway through for an even brown result.
- Serve immediately!
