Healthier oven fries with pure flavor and extra crunch

Make your own crispy oven fries without unnecessary oil or additives. This easy recipe gives you the perfect bite and a pure potato flavor with a healthy twist. Ideal as a side dish or comfort food that the whole family will enjoy.
Ingredients
3 large unpeeled (sweet) potatoes
1 The Melted Purasana Coconut Oil
1 Raw Honey (or Maple Syrup)
1/4 tsp Purasana Himalayan Salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp paprika powder
Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or aluminum foil) and set aside.
Cut off both ends of the potatoes, then slice them lengthwise in half, and finally cut them into fries about half a centimeter thick.
Mix the sliced potatoes in a large bowl with the other ingredients.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer over the baking sheet.
Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes until they are nicely browned. Turn them halfway through for an even brown result.
Serve immediately!
