Make your own crispy oven fries without unnecessary oil or additives. This easy recipe gives you the perfect bite and a pure potato flavor with a healthy twist. Ideal as a side dish or comfort food that the whole family will enjoy.

Homemade Super Fries Recipe [Oven] | Extra Crispy

Ingredients

  • 3 large unpeeled (sweet) potatoes
  • 1 The Melted Purasana Coconut Oil
  • 1 Raw Honey (or Maple Syrup)
  • 1/4 tsp Purasana Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika powder

Preparation method

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or aluminum foil) and set aside.
  • Cut off both ends of the potatoes, then slice them lengthwise in half, and finally cut them into fries about half a centimeter thick.
  • Mix the sliced potatoes in a large bowl with the other ingredients.
  • Spread the potatoes in a single layer over the baking sheet.
  • Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes until they are nicely browned. Turn them halfway through for an even brown result.
  • Serve immediately!
