Delicious homemade cookies with the soft flavor of matcha and creamy white chocolate

Discover how to make these refined cookies with pure matcha and pieces of white chocolate for a unique flavor combination. A simple recipe with natural ingredients for a special snack with coffee or tea – green, creamy, and irresistible.
Preheat the oven to 175°C and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Do the oil together with the milk in a bowl and mix together.
Sift the matcha powder over the oil mixture and mix back together.
Sift the flour, baking powder, sugar, and mix (or knead with your hands) everything together along with a pinch of salt.
Chop the white chocolate into pieces and mix/knead everything one last time.
Press the dough with your hands against each other and form balls of dough weighing about 50 to 55 g, place on the baking sheet and press lightly flat. Note: leave some space between the balls, the cookies will spread a bit in the oven.
Bake for 12 minutes and let cool for at least 15 minutes on the baking sheet.
