Matcha Cookies with White Chocolate (± 14 Cookies)
Matcha Cookies Ingredients
- 280 g flour
- 120 g sunflower oil
- 150 g light brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons of plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon Purasana Matcha
- 150 g white chocolate (vegan)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Sniff of Salt
Matcha Cookie Recipe
- Preheat the oven to 175°C and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Do the oil together with the milk in a bowl and mix together.
- Sift the matcha powder over the oil mixture and mix back together.
- Sift the flour, baking powder, sugar, and mix (or knead with your hands) everything together along with a pinch of salt.
- Chop the white chocolate into pieces and mix/knead everything one last time.
- Press the dough with your hands against each other and form balls of dough weighing about 50 to 55 g, place on the baking sheet and press lightly flat. Note: leave some space between the balls, the cookies will spread a bit in the oven.
- Bake for 12 minutes and let cool for at least 15 minutes on the baking sheet.
