Healthy Snack? Try the Matcha Energy Balls

These homemade energy balls combine the natural energy boost of matcha with nuts and dates for a nutritious and tasty snack. Perfect for on-the-go, after a workout, or with coffee – without refined sugars and made with pure, plant-based ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 the Purasana Classic Matcha
- ½ el Purasana Collagen
- 180 g Almonds
- 45 g Oatmeal
- 60 g peanut butter
- 120 g dates, pitted and coarsely chopped
- 1 L Vanilla Extract
- A pinch of salt
- Water (if necessary)
For the finishing touches
- (Dried) Cranberries, Blueberries and Chia Seeds
Preparation method
- Add the almonds to the food processor and blend until flour forms.
- Then add the remaining ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into balls. If the dough does not stick enough, add 1 tablespoon of water and mix again. Repeat until the dough sticks sufficiently.
- Roll of energy balls in cranberries, blueberries, and chia seeds.
