Healthy Snack? Try the Matcha Energy Balls

Ingredients

• 1 the Purasana Classic Matcha
• ½ el Purasana Collagen
• 180 g Almonds
• 45 g Oatmeal
• 60 g peanut butter
• 120 g dates, pitted and coarsely chopped
• 1 L Vanilla Extract
• A pinch of salt
• Water (if necessary)

For the finishing touches

• (Dried) Cranberries, Blueberries and Chia Seeds

Preparation method

1. Add the almonds to the food processor and blend until flour forms.
2. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
3. Roll the dough into balls. If the dough does not stick enough, add 1 tablespoon of water and mix again. Repeat until the dough sticks sufficiently.
4. Roll of energy balls in cranberries, blueberries, and chia seeds.
