Healthy Snack? Try the Matcha Energy Balls

A simple, nutritious snack with the gentle kick of matcha

These homemade energy balls combine the natural energy boost of matcha with nuts and dates for a nutritious and tasty snack. Perfect for on-the-go, after a workout, or with coffee – without refined sugars and made with pure, plant-based ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 the Purasana Classic Matcha
  • ½ el Purasana Collagen
  • 180 g Almonds
  • 45 g Oatmeal
  • 60 g peanut butter
  • 120 g dates, pitted and coarsely chopped
  • 1 L Vanilla Extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Water (if necessary)

For the finishing touches

  • (Dried) Cranberries, Blueberries and Chia Seeds

Preparation method

  • Add the almonds to the food processor and blend until flour forms.
  • Then add the remaining ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  • Roll the dough into balls. If the dough does not stick enough, add 1 tablespoon of water and mix again. Repeat until the dough sticks sufficiently.
  • Roll of energy balls in cranberries, blueberries, and chia seeds.
