Give your pizza a surprising twist with a creamy pistachio pesto full of natural ingredients. This combination of crispy crust, fresh pesto, and rich nut flavor makes every bite special. Perfect to enjoy together during a cozy dinner or on a lazy evening.
For the pizza base
- 160 g Oatmeal
- 15 g Psyllium Powder
- 5 g baking powder
- ½ kg pepper
- ½ kg salt
- 220 ml warm water
For the pistachio pesto
- 80 g Pistachios
- 1 Plant Basilicum, de Bladeren
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 40 g Parmesan cheese
- Snufje Zout
- 80 ml Olive Oil
For the toppings
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 1 Ball Burrata
- 5 slices of mortadella
For the pistachio pesto
Add all ingredients to the food processor and mix for 3 minutes.
For the pizza crust
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Mix the oats in the food processor until fine flour. Then add all the other dry ingredients and mix briefly.
- Put the oat flour in a bowl and add the water. Mix everything into a ball of dough. Place the dough on the baking sheet and shape it into a pizza crust with your hands. Wet your hands to make it easier to shape the dough.
- Bake for 25 minutes in the oven.
- Remove the pizza crust from the oven, spread the mozzarella over the crust, and bake again for 10 minutes in the oven.
Finishing
Divide the mortadella, pistachio pesto, and burrata over the pizza. Finish with a few basil leaves, pistachios, and pepper. Enjoy!
