Red Beet Hummus with Collagen | Recipe

This surprisingly pink hummus combines roasted red beet with pure collagen powder for a healthy twist. Perfect as a creamy dip or spread packed with flavor, fiber, and an extra dose of collagen for those who like to combine their diet with natural care.
Ingredients
- 1 the Purasana Red Beet Powder
- 1 the Purasana Collagen
- 400 g Chickpeas from jar
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 El Tahini (Sesampasta)
- 2 El Citroensap
- 1 kg Cumin
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- Pepper and salt
Preparation method
- Add the beetroot, collagen, chickpeas, garlic, sesame paste, lemon soup, and cumin to the food processor and blend on high speed. While blending, add 3 to 4 tablespoons of olive oil. If necessary, add some extra water. Season with pepper and salt.
- Finish with pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, coriander, and olive oil.
