Ingredients Açai Ice Cream
- 3 Frozen Bananas
- 100 grams of frozen blueberries
- 3 tablespoons Açai Berry Powder from Purasana
- 35 grams Rice Protein Powder from Purasana
- 2 el Coconut Blossom Sugar from Purasana
- 150 ml Barista Oat Milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: extra toppings such as fresh fruit, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and nuts
Preparation of Açaí Ice Cream
- Put all the ingredients together in the food processor and mix for 3-4 minutes until creamy.
- Verdeel het Açaí-ijs over een paar schaaltjes en garneer met je favoriete toppings, zoals kiwi, lijnzaad, chiazaad en hennepzaad. Geniet ervan!
If you want to store the açai ice cream, scoop it into a sealable container immediately after mixing and place it in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Let the ice cream thaw for at least 15-20 minutes before serving.
