Red Beet Hummus with Collagen | Recipe

This surprisingly pink hummus combines roasted red beet with pure collagen powder for a healthy twist. Perfect as a creamy dip or spread packed with flavor, fiber, and an extra dose of collagen for those who like to combine their diet with natural care.

Ingredients

  • 1 the Purasana Red Beet Powder
  • 1 the Purasana Collagen
  • 400 g Chickpeas from jar
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 El Tahini (Sesampasta)
  • 2 El Citroensap
  • 1 kg Cumin
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pepper and salt

Preparation method

  • Add the beetroot, collagen, chickpeas, garlic, sesame paste, lemon soup, and cumin to the food processor and blend on high speed. While blending, add 3 to 4 tablespoons of olive oil. If necessary, add some extra water. Season with pepper and salt.
  • Finish with pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, coriander, and olive oil.
