Give your classic hummus an upgrade with baobab powder for a slightly tangy, fruity touch and extra vitamin C. This recipe is simple, plant-based, and perfect for serving with raw vegetables, crackers, or as a healthy spread – ideal for mindful and tasty snacking.
Ingredients
For the hummus:
- 4 spoons of Purasana Baobab Powder
- 350 g Chickpeas from jar
- 1 spoons of L Tahini
- 2 Lemons, the juice
- 2 spoons of water
- 1 spoons of Olive Oil
- Pepper and salt
For the finishing:
- Sesame Seeds (or Purasana Hemp Seeds)
- Pecan nuts
- Olive Oil
- Coriander
Preparation method
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Finish with sesame seeds, pecans, olive oil, and coriander.
