Give your classic hummus an upgrade with baobab powder for a slightly tangy, fruity touch and extra vitamin C. This recipe is simple, plant-based, and perfect for serving with raw vegetables, crackers, or as a healthy spread – ideal for mindful and tasty snacking.

Ingredients

For the hummus:

  • 4 spoons of Purasana Baobab Powder
  • 350 g Chickpeas from jar
  • 1 spoons of L Tahini
  • 2 Lemons, the juice
  • 2 spoons of water
  • 1 spoons of Olive Oil
  • Pepper and salt

For the finishing:

  • Sesame Seeds (or Purasana Hemp Seeds)
  • Pecan nuts
  • Olive Oil
  • Coriander

Preparation method

  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  • Finish with sesame seeds, pecans, olive oil, and coriander.
