Purasana's whey protein comes from cattle and contains all the essential amino acids the body needs. Whey protein vanilla can thus contribute to maintaining and growing muscle mass. Drinking a whey protein shake after a strength training session can help repair muscle tears.
For a pleasant taste experience, the whey protein contains vanilla and coconut blossom sugar with a low glycaemic index. The carbohydrates from coconut blossom sugar have a beneficial effect on energy levels during physical activities.
How to use whey protein vanilla?
The whey vanilla tastes great in a shake, yoghurt, breakfast cereal or pastry. Add one and a half scoop (25 g) of whey vanilla to 300-350 ml of milk, soy or rice drink, shake/mix and enjoy!
