Acai & Chia Jar
Ingredients
For the chia pudding
- 50 g Chia Seeds
- 220 g milk
For the Acai Smoothie
- 1 Ripe Banana, Frozen
- 80 g Raspberries, frozen
- 1 The Acai Powder
- 1 The Peanut Butter
- 60 ml Almond Milk
Finishing
- 240 g raspberries, crushed
- 8 Raspberries
- 4 Strawberries
- 8 Blackberries
- 2 The Granola
- 2 The Cacao Nibs
- Fresh Mint Leaves
Preparation method for 4 jars
- Mix the chia seeds with the milk and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
- Add the raspberries, banana, acai powder, peanut butter, and almond milk to the blender and mix well.
- Add the crushed raspberries to the jars and finish with a layer of chia pudding. Top off with the Acai smoothie and finish with raspberries, mint leaves, blackberries, granola, and cacao nibs.
