Chia & Turmeric Overnight Oats | With Greek Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 50 g Oatmeal
  • 1 the Chia Seed
  • ½ kg Psyllium Powder
  • 1 kl Turmeric Powder
  • 130 ml plant-based milk
  • 1 Greek Yogurt
  • 1 kg Honey
  • ½ kg Vanilla Extract
  • Finishing: passion fruit, raspberries, chia seeds.

Preparation method

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix together, and let rest overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Finish with the passion fruit, raspberries, and chia seeds.
