Chia & Turmeric Overnight Oats | With Greek Yogurt

Combine the power of turmeric and chia seeds in delicious overnight oats with creamy Greek yogurt. This recipe offers a smooth, spicy flavour and is packed with fibre and nutrients for a healthy, easy start to the day – perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients
- 50 g Oatmeal
- 1 the Chia Seed
- ½ kg Psyllium Powder
- 1 kl Turmeric Powder
- 130 ml plant-based milk
- 1 Greek Yogurt
- 1 kg Honey
- ½ kg Vanilla Extract
- Finishing: passion fruit, raspberries, chia seeds.
Preparation method
- Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix together, and let rest overnight in the refrigerator.
- Finish with the passion fruit, raspberries, and chia seeds.
