Energy Balls with Baobab | Recipe

Healthy, energy-rich snacks with a fresh citrus twist

Make these delicious energy balls yourself based on baobab powder for a natural source of vitamin C and fiber. Perfect as a nutritious snack on the go or after exercising, with a subtle citrus flavor and only pure ingredients.

Energy Balls with Baobab

Ingredients

For the balls:

  • 300 g dates
  • 50 g Pistachio Nuts
  • 50 g peanuts
  • 2 El Chia Seed
  • 1 The Olive Oil
  • 1 The Peanut Butter
  • 1 The Baobab Powder
  • 1 Raw Cacao Powder

For the finishing:

  • Extra Cocoa Powder
  • Matcha Powder

Preparation method

  • Add all the ingredients to the food processor and blend for a few minutes.
  • Roll the dough into balls and set aside.
  • Take two bowls, put some cocoa powder in one bowl and some matcha powder in the other bowl.
  • Roll half of the balls in the cocoa powder and roll the other half of the balls in the matcha powder. Enjoy!
