Make these delicious energy balls yourself based on baobab powder for a natural source of vitamin C and fiber. Perfect as a nutritious snack on the go or after exercising, with a subtle citrus flavor and only pure ingredients.
Energy Balls with Baobab
Ingredients
For the balls:
- 300 g dates
- 50 g Pistachio Nuts
- 50 g peanuts
- 2 El Chia Seed
- 1 The Olive Oil
- 1 The Peanut Butter
- 1 The Baobab Powder
- 1 Raw Cacao Powder
For the finishing:
- Extra Cocoa Powder
- Matcha Powder
Preparation method
- Add all the ingredients to the food processor and blend for a few minutes.
- Roll the dough into balls and set aside.
- Take two bowls, put some cocoa powder in one bowl and some matcha powder in the other bowl.
- Roll half of the balls in the cocoa powder and roll the other half of the balls in the matcha powder. Enjoy!
