Make these delicious energy balls yourself based on baobab powder for a natural source of vitamin C and fiber. Perfect as a nutritious snack on the go or after exercising, with a subtle citrus flavor and only pure ingredients.

Energy Balls with Baobab

Ingredients

For the balls:

  • 300 g dates
  • 50 g Pistachio Nuts
  • 50 g peanuts
  • 2 El Chia Seed
  • 1 The Olive Oil
  • 1 The Peanut Butter
  • 1 The Baobab Powder
  • 1 Raw Cacao Powder

For the finishing:

  • Extra Cocoa Powder
  • Matcha Powder

Preparation method

  1. Add all the ingredients to the food processor and blend for a few minutes.
  2. Roll the dough into balls and set aside.
  3. Take two bowls, put some cocoa powder in one bowl and some matcha powder in the other bowl.
  4. Roll half of the balls in the cocoa powder and roll the other half of the balls in the matcha powder. Enjoy!
