• 1.5 Banana
• 100g Oats
• 2 tablespoons Purasana Coconut Oil
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon Purasana Cacao Nibs
• 1 tablespoon Purasana Blue Berries
• 50g Purasana Ultra Mix Berries
• 1 tablespoon agave syrup (optional)
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. Mix the banana with the coconut oil
3. Add the oats, berries, cacao nibs, cinnamon (and optionally the agave syrup) and knead well with your hands
4. Place everything in a shallow baking dish and press down (the mixture is about 1.5cm thick)
5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes (golden brown)
6. Cut the whole into bars while still warm and let cool on a rack
