Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon maca powder (15 g)
  • 1 Banana
  • 200 ml Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 100 ml orange juice

Preparation method

  • Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.
  • Put the banana, maca powder, almond milk, orange juice, and honey in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.

2. Spirulina Smoothie: Energy & Detox

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder (5 g)
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 200 ml Coconut Water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation method

  • Peel the kiwi and cut it into pieces.
  • Put the kiwi, spinach, spirulina powder, coconut water, and lemon juice in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Divide the smoothie between two glasses and serve immediately.

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Carrot
  • 200 ml apple juice

  • Put the apple, carrot, beetroot powder, apple juice, and grated ginger in a blender.
