Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon maca powder (15 g)
- 1 Banana
- 200 ml Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 100 ml orange juice
Preparation method
- Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.
- Put the banana, maca powder, almond milk, orange juice, and honey in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon spirulina powder (5 g)
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 Kiwi
- 200 ml Coconut Water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation method

- Blend until smooth.
