Ingredients

  • 300 ml plant-based milk

  • 1 banana

  • 50 g mango

  • ½ orange, juice only

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • ½ tsp ground ginger

  • 1 tbsp Digestion Transit
 

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
