Ingredients

  • A Half Pear
  • 3 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Lion's Mane Powder
  • 250 ml plant-based milk of your choice
  • Grated Ginger
  • Agave syrup or honey
  • Snuifje Zout
  • For the finishing: oatmeal, cinnamon, and a cinnamon stick

Preparation method
