Indulge yourself with a soft, tropical smoothie that combines the warm flavor of turmeric with the sweetness of ripe mango. Packed with vitamins and antioxidants for a pure, healthy boost – perfect as a nutritious breakfast or refreshing snack.
Ingredients:
- 250 ml coconut milk or almond milk
- 150 g frozen mango pieces
- 1 teaspoon Purasana Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Purasana ginger powder (optional, for extra kick)
- 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a cooler smoothie)
Instructions:
- Put the milk, frozen mango pieces, turmeric powder, ginger powder (if used), and honey or agave syrup in a blender.
- Mix everything into a smooth smoothie.
- Add ice cubes and blend again if you want a colder smoothie.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy right away.
