Indulge yourself with a soft, tropical smoothie that combines the warm flavor of turmeric with the sweetness of ripe mango. Packed with vitamins and antioxidants for a pure, healthy boost – perfect as a nutritious breakfast or refreshing snack.

Sweet smoothie with turmeric & mango | Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml coconut milk or almond milk
  • 150 g frozen mango pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Purasana Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Purasana ginger powder (optional, for extra kick)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a cooler smoothie)

Instructions:

  • Put the milk, frozen mango pieces, turmeric powder, ginger powder (if used), and honey or agave syrup in a blender.
  • Mix everything into a smooth smoothie.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again if you want a colder smoothie.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy right away.
