Oatmeal with Beetroot

Give your classic oatmeal a colorful and nutritious upgrade with grated beetroot. This simple recipe combines the fibers of oats with the mild earthy flavor of beet for a warm, filling, and healthy breakfast that’s just a little different.

Ingredients

Toppings

  • 1 tablespoon Cacao Nibs
  • 2 coffee spoons Chia Seed
  • 1 tablespoon dried Blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon dried Cranberries
  • A handful of fresh raspberries
  • A handful of fresh blueberries
  • Some sprigs of currants
  • Some sprigs of fresh mint
Preparation


1. Add the milk, oatmeal, beetroot powder, cinnamon, salt, and baobab powder to a saucepan and let it simmer gently.

2. Divide into the bowls and finish with the toppings.
