Craving something savoury yet light. This avocado moringa toast mixes creamy avocado with a hint of moringa on crisp bread. With a touch of lemon, pepper and your favourite toppings you have a nourishing breakfast or lunch in no time. Simple, fresh and full of green flavour.
Ingredients
- 1 slice of wholemeal sourdough bread or gluten-free bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ teaspoon Purasana Moringa powder
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Preparation
- Toast the bread until golden brown and crispy.
- Mash the avocado in a small bowl. Add the moringa powder along with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix into a smooth spread.
- Spread the mixture on your toast.
- Finish with your favourite toppings.
