Finally something that doesn't add sugar or sweeteners, so NOT according to the Dutch Process.
The cacao nibs are not made according to the Dutch Process. The cocoa beans are first selected and then dried. After that, there is a cooling period, after which they are selected again.
Finally, the dried cocoa beans are removed from the shell and the pure beans are ground into pieces/nibs.
Excellent product if you are mindful of your nutrition.
