Usage
2.5 Grams
Once per day
To use, add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder to 300 ml of juice, rice or oat drink.
Try a scoop of turmeric powder in a dressing, sauce or pasta too. It can replace curry powder from the supermarket perfectly.
Using turmeric along with healthy fats like olive oil can also improve absorption.
