Benefits

The dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) stands out with its striking yellow flower and fluff that children love to blow away. But did you know that dandelion is a very potent herbal medicine?

Dandelion helps eliminate harmful substances from the body. On the one hand via the kidneys by increasing the frequency of urination, on the other hand via the intestines by stimulating digestion. The addition of acacia fibers to the dandelion capsules endorses this eliminating effect.

In addition, research shows positive effects of dandelion capsules on healthy cholesterol levels. Dandelion is said to stimulate the production of bile, which helps with the digestion of fats.

Quality

Purasana uses quality ingredients in an optimal composition for its capsules. In addition, the capsules are made of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC), a material derived from the cell walls of plants.

Cellulose capsules protect the ingredients from heat and moisture and ensure optimal, even release of the contents. Compared to gelatin capsules, for example, cellulose is more stable and dissolves faster in the stomach, allowing for easier absorption of the ingredients.

We test each batch of this product to ensure it does not contain heavy metals, pesticides, or harmful microorganisms. Purasana and its suppliers carefully ensure that they sell only pure, high-quality products, by the IFS standards. You can also recognize the quality of Purasana's products by the organic and vegan labels on the packaging.

Finally, the health claims we make on this product have been assessed as scientifically proven by the European Union (EFSA, European Food Safety Authority).
