A warm latte with a hint of cinnamon

Pure comfort in a cup. This Cinnamon Mushroom Latte combines creamy smoothness with the warm flavour of cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 1 Purasana Mushroom Coffee capsule
- 150 ml oat or almond milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Preparation
- Place the Purasana Mushroom Coffee capsule in the Nespresso machine and brew a coffee.
- Heat the plant-based milk until just below boiling point.
- Mix the warm milk with the cinnamon powder and optionally the maple syrup.
- Pour the Mushroom Coffee into a cup and add the cinnamon milk.
- Finish with a light foam layer and a pinch of cinnamon.
Tip: Froth the milk briefly with a milk frother for an extra creamy latte.
