Pure comfort in a cup. This Cinnamon Mushroom Latte combines creamy smoothness with the warm flavour of cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 1 Purasana Mushroom Coffee capsule
  • 150 ml oat or almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Preparation

  1. Place the Purasana Mushroom Coffee capsule in the Nespresso machine and brew a coffee.
  2. Heat the plant-based milk until just below boiling point.
  3. Mix the warm milk with the cinnamon powder and optionally the maple syrup.
  4. Pour the Mushroom Coffee into a cup and add the cinnamon milk.
  5. Finish with a light foam layer and a pinch of cinnamon.

Tip: Froth the milk briefly with a milk frother for an extra creamy latte.
