In the mood for something warm and different? This mushroom mocha combines cocao with a smooth coffee base.
Ingredients
- 1 Purasana Mushroom Coffee capsule
- 150 ml oat drink
- 1 tsp Purasana cacao powder
Preparation
- Place the capsule in the Nespresso machine and brew.
- Heat the oat drink until just below boiling point and mix it with the cocoa powder to create a smooth, lump-free base.
- Pour the hot mushroom coffee into the cocoa base and stir well.
- Optionally finish with a light layer of frothed oat drink.
