The horse milk capsules contain freeze-dried mare's milk powder which is similar to fresh mare's milk, apart from the water (91%) from the milk that is dried.

Better alternative found

Only 250mg of mare's milk is included and maltodextrin has also been added. I ended up with a product that contains 600mg per capsule and 100% mare's milk powder.

We recommend taking 3 capsules of our Horse Milk capsules per day, which amounts to a dosage of 750 mg. Furthermore, we have added maltodextrin because horse milk powder is hygroscopic and tends to clump quickly. Maltodextrin acts as an anti-clumping agent, ensuring that horse milk does not clump in the capsules. I hope I have provided sufficient information.
