Naturally fermented kombucha with a fresh taste

Purasana's kombucha is brewed according to an authentic recipe. Carbonic acid is created by the fermentation process and is not added afterwards.

The drink is contained in a light-tight plastic bottle which allows the kombucha to stay “alive” and absorb the pressure of expansion in warmer conditions. Of course, you want to avoid that expansion, which is why you should always store kombucha in the refrigerator after opening.

The sediment at the bottom of your glass is a residue of the SCOBY. It proves that you have a quality fermented beverage in your hands.

The bottle consists of 35% rPET, a type of recycled plastic. In addition, the bottle features a “tethered cap,” which is a cap that stays attached to the bottle. This type of cap helps prevent plastic waste.
