Krill comes from tiny shrimp-like crustaceans (Euphrasia superba) that are rich in the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA as they feed on algae.
Krill oil is extracted from Euphrasia superba (krill), small shrimp-like crustaceans that feed on omega-3-rich algae. The Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR) ensures that only a minuscule fraction of the total mass is fished (less than 2%), so krill remains widely available to animals and humans.
Use 1-2 capsules in the morning along with a large glass of water.

Fish oil comes from fatty fish, while krill oil is extracted from small crustaceans (Antarctic krill).
Some studies have shown that krill oil is better absorbed by the body and more effective in improving risk factors for cardiovascular disease.
