Matcha is a Japanese green tea made with the finest tea leaves. Matcha is a shade tea, i.e. 2 weeks before picking, the tea bushes are shaded with mats or tarpaulins. The bushes respond by extra chlorophyll. Chlorophyll gives matcha its bright green colour and detoxifying properties.

Usage
3 Grams
Once per day
Add 3g of matcha powder to 200ml of soya or rice drink for a shake, or 1g to 70-100ml of near-hot water for an invigorating tea. Add some extra punch to smoothies, juices or lattés with a scoop of matcha!
