Usage
1 Tablespoon
Once per day
Add a spoonful of moringa to 300 ml of soya or rice drink for an uplifting shake, or 1/2 spoonful to 70-100 ml of hot water for a tasty tea. Moringa combines a fresh flavour with green hints reminiscent of matcha. Also delicious in juices, smoothies and cakes!

Question: it says to add 1/2 spoon to, for example, 70 or 100 ml of water... I think: which size spoon? Tablespoon? Teaspoon? Who knows that?
