Energizing Hot Chocolate!
I mix SportFormula with hot rice milk and add a bit of agave syrup, and I get an excellent hot chocolate that provides me with the energy I need.
It is mentioned not to exceed the recommended dose, but there is a lack of an article on the website specifying the usage; the diagram on the packaging is too basic.
