Our whey comes from organic cows from Austria. These cows are known for their excellent milk and whey quality. At least 60% of the feed consists of grass, clovers and hay. The other feed and the care of the cows are in accordance with the strict organic norm legislation.
Whey or milk whey is the liquid that remains after cheese making. The whey concentrate is produced after ultra-fine filtration of the whey and concentrated via spray-drying technology. Purasana whey concentrate is therefore more quickly absorbed than vegetable protein concentrates.
We test each batch of this product to ensure it does not contain heavy metals, pesticides, or harmful microorganisms.
