In Brazil, the acai bowl is very popular as breakfast or dessert. Usually quite sweet because Brazilians love that! Without sugar, acai is of course much healthier. - 1 Frozen Banana Slices
- 150 g frozen red fruits
- 1 teaspoon Purasana Açaí Berry Powder
- 100 ml low-fat quark or soy yogurt
- Delicious toppings, such as
chia of flaxseeds, even more Red Fruit, and/or sunflower seeds
Put the frozen fruit together with the yogurt and the açai in a blender. Mix it until you have a smooth mixture. Pour the açai smoothie into a bowl and finish it off with your toppings. It's truly a delicious and healthy breakfast that provides energy until lunch!
